It depends on how much audio-visual the home needs and which keypads you want. Diamond and Platinum pair a media and AV system with Lutron for lighting, HVAC and shades; Gold runs everything on Crestron; Silver runs lighting, HVAC and shades on KNX. On a site visit we recommend one, and explain why.
The cost of any package depends on the number of rooms, keypads, AV zones and shades in your home, so a fixed price would be wrong for almost everyone. Share your floor plan and we will quote the package properly.
Yes. Each package lists the keypad ranges it supports, and you can choose among them room by room.
No. Consumer retrofit systems — Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Z-Wave and consumer RF switches — are DIY products, bought online and installed by the owner, and suit a 1–2 bedroom flat. From 3BHK up we recommend a professional system: Silver (KNX) or above. Professional wireless such as Lutron RadioRA 3 or KNX RF is a different thing: an engineered system, designed and commissioned like a wired one.
